We got a special price when we booked. The location was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel parking is available but rather expensive (Euro 25.60 per day).

(1) Beware of the mini-bar. Everytime you lift those bottles/cans, your room is automatically billed. I had a 3 year old son and he played with the mini-bar. When checking-out, I was surprised to see my bill. (2) No lift to go to the Reception area. Not ideal for family with small children since it's rather risky and dangerous to use the escalator with your baby carriage or big luggages

Excellent location

I had the poorest steak i have ever eaten. It was so tough and chewy that i only managed one bite, and when the waiter took my plate he didn't even ask if there was a problem with it. However the french onion soup was fantastic

Good well appointed room and good quality bed. Everything functioned well

Breakfast complete disaster - 10 am Sunday morning - no cutlery, no orange juice, no more croissants - staff appeared in a high state of disorganisation.
