Personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma. Vi fick ett rum för rökare trots att vi bokat icke-rökare. |

Läget var fantastiskt och personalen likaså. Fräscht hotell. Hissarna fungerade lite dåligt. Väntetiden var lång och vi fick för de mesta ta trapporna. Vi fick först ett rum utan fungerande ventilation och utan öppningsbara fönster. Det var riktigt uselt, men vi fick byta rum efter att vi sa till personalen. De verkade inte överraskade över våra klagomål på rummet. |

Excellent location. The pillows! Cushions can be square but pillows for a full nights sleep should be rectangular. Also the exterior facade of the hotel put me off. |

the restaurant did not receive a deliery from their butcher shop so the menu was quite limited for dinner on the second night I was there |

The view from my room was beautiful and the location was great. My room smelled like heavy cleaner and smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. |

Good designed room,well furnished, with a pleasant view. A clean place to be. Lot of space. We liked the bathroom and toilet being separate. Good to have the car park on the doorstep. We wanted an easy access to a staircase to our rooms and to the carpark.We do not use lifts, so this was always difficult to do. |

convenience of the location. bed and room size. there was no concierge service. no bellboy to help with luggages. room could smell better maybe they should clean the carpet. |

Great location with a major subway station at your disposal just in front of the Hotel. Also walking distance from the Louvre and great shopping area. The Breakfast was prohibitely expensive (€17.00 per person!). Also our bathroom didn't have a shower curtain... a small detail. Apart from that, It was great. |

Our room was on the 5th floor at the back overlooking the courtyard, so was extremely quiet Only problem was trying to get an iron & ironing board in our room, had to ring several times about it. |
