I made a last minute booking and ended up in a very big room, so I don't know what their normal rooms look like. Overall, hotel is ok but not really 4-star. Excellent location!

We had to change first room ,very old bathroom.a lot of noise early in the morning by the cleaning stuff.at the breakfast we had to beg for more coffee there was not at the buffet

location is excellent...staff very pleasant, compared to the previous hotel I had stayed...room was ready already 1030 am...lovely large room with high ceilings

noise from the street affected the sleep (old windows)...bed is not very comfortable, and is tiny

It's an old hotel and needs a lot of work in places. Our room was very run down and needed a lot of work.

The location was excellent!! I would stay here again as it was so close to the louve and one of the best areas in Paris....

Its dated - the furniture needs replacing and it could do with decorating throughout. My dad stayed at the same time as us and his room was dropping to bits!!

The location is good, but else nothing about the hotel can be recommended. poor staff, and the rooms are of poor quality as well.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The walls are too thin; I was woken up by the voice of my neighbours conversation at 2am. At breakfast the boiled eggs were hardly cooked at all, and when I broke the shell, the egg white poured out. disgusting. The staff do not understand the difference between double bed and 2 single beds put together, and I had to change rooms 3 times.
