Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal, snabb in och utcheckning, trevlig frukost samt att vi fick hjälp med att boka restauranger och blev tipsade om bra restauranger Städningen utfördes vid ett tillfälle runt 17-tiden på eftermiddagen och vi hade då varit ute hela dagen och kom tillbaka och ville vila upp oss inför middagen men fick vänta i 30 minuter på att de skulle städa klart. Konstigt att de var tvugna att städa så sent när vi varit ute hela dagen och dessutom satte upp skylten "please make up our room" när vi gick ut. |

A standard quality everytime I visit the hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast could be richer. |

Very friendly helpful staff, very pleasant surroundings, great location Dinner was very rushed despite dining room being very quiet. Our starters were delivered within 2 minutes of the aperitifs and each following course was delivered almost as we finished the previous. The food was good and it would have been nice to relax over it. The staff were very pleasant but the rush spoiled what should have been a nice evening. |

Position, easy access, big rooms, comfortable The hotel is being renovated. Some parts of it are off limit. The other part looks a little bit like it needs renovation too. |

The location. The Louvre, Orsay, Orangerie are a 10 minute walk. The location. The neighborhood does not exude charm. It is mostly hotels and high end shops; there is not a "bakery on every corner" (like other parts of the city). |

The room was of a reasonable size, comfortable and most importantly clean Room service 'Breakfast' was seriously over priced at Euros 27 for 1 glass of orange juice, 1 pot of hot water and 1 tea bag and 3 rolls with 2 squares of butter and some jam. |

The staff were very good and it is situated in a great position, also very relaxed courtyard for lunch with an appropraite reasonable priced menu Our room did not have a shower, it would have been better if each room has that option, not just a bath tap extension. |

the location can not be beat, it is really close to everything you want to do in Paris, or at least easy to get to I felt like the price was high and am not sure I would call this hotel a four star, maybe a 3 1/2, we had a great room , but not four star. The Westin is right next door and you have that as a four star, that really seemed to be a 5 star |

We had a great view and a large room with very large windows that opened with Juliet balcony. Bathroom was very large and immaculate and new which I appreciated. Great ventilation throughout and bright. We found the TV to be very small and very far away for viewing. Also the sound was set very low. |
