The hotel was clean and had a cafe that was open quite late which was useful to us.

Breakfast was included in the price when I booked, however the hotel said this was not the case, even though I had the paperwork showing this. I would not return because the staff were not particularly friendly and the service was poor.

Loved the area with the park behind it and the setting was nice

I thought it was a little difficult to find the free bus to the hotel. There could have been better signage at the airport and easier way to locate the place to find the bus.

Liked everything apart from restaurant

Don't like the restaurant. Very noisy and crowded. I would have liked the option to eat a meal in a quiet atmosphere

easy acces, and basic confort close to CDG airport, bar satff very convivial and efficient, wellness center clean,

reception staff is more worry to talk about what they doing during their time offf rather than taking care of client waiting in front of them. It is a Airport Hotel, and recpetion staff do not care about clients with jetlag, long fly, and over. they said well, your are in france, and it is like that, "Great"when you paid 150 euros a night for 6 hours sleep, but so French. Room service is basic.

Navette did not go to Terminal 1. Had to alight at RoissyVal and travel to Terminal 1 that way.

convenience to airport, nice room

this is an excellent stop over hotel and very good value. Taxis are very reluctant to come here at peak times but the shuttle bus is good. The food is excellent and the staff all very helpful

water for shower was at best warm

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area was a real treat after a long plane ride and a day of touring Paris. The free shuttle to and from the airport also dropped us off at the train station into Paris. A great hotel for someone who just has a day to stay in Paris.

The hotel listed an airport shuttle service. It did not state nor did the hotel inform me when asked about the shuttle that it did not service all the terminals at CDG. I had to pay off the shuttle driver to take me to terminal 1.
