The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, spoke both English and French and were very accomodating.

The rooms were small, even for Paris. There was too great a play on the old style hotel, the musty smell and carpet needed to be seen too.Also, for the price there should be tea/coffee facilities in the room.

the staff were excellent. very friendly and polite. it was in a perfect location

we only stayed one night and the water for the shower did not fully heat up so we had a luke warm, coldish shower. Didn't bother complaining as we only stayed the one night.

Good Location

There is no air conditional in room ( for winter it´s ok but at summer time !!) and should be good to have a frigobar

Location is absolutely great, people at the reception are very friendly, roomsize is ok, bathroom clean (I even hat a bathtub) ....the only downside is: you can hear your people next door talking and snoring

We picked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it was amazing. The room on the top floor was very quiet and comfortable. And most of all, very Parisiene! Two metro stations nearby in a neighbourhoud which is very much alive. On walking distance from the Louvre and Ile de la Cité. Recommended.

The location (and the bathroom was decent). The price was good.

Lots. The hotel was really shabby. The first night, a non-english speaking man who knew nothing was the only person on duty. My room phone did not work and I had to make an emergency call to the states. I almost had to assault the man to be able to use the phone in the lobby and I was using a prepaid calling card.
