staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty mamnager sent up a bottle of champagne

everything was perfect we will stay again and again.

Location and the reception people were great.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Paris which is normally 5 to 6 times a year,however for the first time the room and specifically the bathroom was not clean at all.Also the red carpet at the main lobby was extremely dirty.

el hotel por fuera es muy bonito y la situacion buena

las habitaciones no tienen nada q ver con lo de fuera y hay un ruido insoportable, se escucha el metro y el ruido de la calla mucho
